Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Andrew David Black, 24, of Louisville, Tenn., was charged Nov. 30 with possession of schedule II substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Duriel A. Crenshaw, 27, of Dayton, Ohio, was charged Nov. 30 with criminal impersonation. He was being held on $4,000 bond.

Deborah O. Dugas, 52, of 524 Allensville, Sevierville, was charged Nov. 30 with theft valued at $400. She was being held on $1,000 bond.

Benjamin Oras Hill, 28, of 4119 Hwy. 411, Dandridge, was charged Nov. 30 with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Jason Lynn Hollis, 43, of Rockford, Ala., was charged Dec. 1 with DUI (third), driving on revoked license and financial responsibility. He was being held.

Jerel Bray-Shawn Johnson, 19, of Knoxville, was held Nov. 30 for Knox County on charges of evading arrest. He was released.

Krystal D. Kasperski, 23, of Juliot, Ill., was charged Nov. 30 with theft valued at $543.23, She was released on $750 bond.

Frances Marie Lindsay, 36, of Knoxville, was charged Dec. 1 with violation of probation from general sessions court (third offense). She was being held.

Daniel Ray Myers, 33, of 669 Maplewood Circle, Sevierville, was charged Nov. 30 with reckless endangerment with deadly weapon, failure to appear, theft over $1,000, burlgary, possession of prohibited weapon, possession of schedule II substance for resale. He was being held.

Matthew Daniel Poss, 21, of 659 Hawk Hollow Dr., Sevierville, was charged Nov. 30 with evading and resisting arrest and possession of stolen property. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Shana L. Ramey, 20, of 2668 Myers Dr., Kodak, was charged Nov. 30 with theft valued at $543.23,. She was released on $750 bond.

Brandy Michelle Rowland, 36, of 111 Eight Point, Sevierville, was held Nov. 30 for Knox County on a charge of felony vandalism. She was released.

Taylor Brooke Seay, 19, of 122 South Blvd., Sevierville, was charged Nov. 30 with theft valued at $400. She was being held on $1,000 bond.

David Wayne Shomate, 56, of Sevierville, was charged Nov. 30 with two counts of theft over $1,000 and 16 criminal summons. He was being held on $5,000 bond.

Andrew Edward Shular, 20, of 210 River Park Way, was charged Nov. 30 with theft valued at $400. He was being held on $1,000 bond.
