Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Loraine Astia Allen, 30, of 441 Allen Road in Sevierville, was charged March 5 with violation of probation. She was being held.

Cary E. Brown, 29, of 602 East Parkway in Sevierville, was charged March 6 with domestic assault. He was being held in lieu of $2,000 bond.

Stacy Butler, 33, of 647 Black Oak Ridge Lane in Seymour, was charged March 5 with a warrant from Scott County. She was being held.

Frank Comer, 74, of 260 Burning Oaks Drive in Sevierville, was charged March 5 with unlawful disposal of raw sewage. He was released.

Edgardo Espinosa Jr., 32, of 1564 Kildee Lane in Sevierville, was charged March 5 with no driver’s license, no insurance and leaving the scene of an accident. He was being held in lieu of $1,200 bond.

Jamie Glenn Frye, 27, of 3820 Byrds Cross Road in Sevierville, was charged March 5 with failure to report and driving on a suspended license. He was being held.

Jordan Paul Haskett, 23, of 2786 English Hills Drive in Sevierville, was charged March 5 with burglary. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Juan Luis Jimenez, 24, of 228 Keegan Drive in Pigeon Forge, was charged March 6 with domestic assault. He was being held.

Maurice Allen Mills, 29, of Knoxville, was charged March 5 with driving on a suspended license, speeding and violation of probation. He was being held.

Shawn David Ownby, 34, of 615 George Davis Ave. in Sevierville, was charged March 5 with violation of probation. He was released.

Clint Brandon Pinner, 31, of 505 Ensley Drive in Sevierville, was charged March 5 with DUI and violation of implied consent. He was released on $2,500 bond.

William Chad Sutton, 34, of 3208 Cotter Way in Sevierville, was charged March 5 with aggravated assault and burglary. He was being held in lieu of $30,000 bond.

Joneka Cuadras Treece, 33, of Morristown, was charged March 5 with violation of probation. She was released.
