Arrests Jan. 8, 2013

Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Juliet Marie Balfour, 50, of Sevierville, was charged Jan. 7 with assault and public intoxication. She was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Crystal Danielle Braden, 28, of Rockford, Tenn., was charged Jan. 7 with violation of probation. She was being held.

Denton William Chesser, 18, of 1215 Nashua Drive in Seymour, was charged Jan. 6 with sale of mushrooms, drug free school zone violation, possession of a schedule I substance, possession of a schedule VI substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bond.

Robert Lewis Chesser, 19, of 1215 Nashua Drive in Seymour, was charged Jan. 6 with sale of mushrooms, drug free school violation, possession of a schedule I substance, possession of a schedule VI substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bond.

Rebecca Audra Compton, 22, of Townsend, was charged Jan. 5 a child support warrant. She was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Aaron Michael Cusick, 26, of Lenoir City, was charged Jan. 5 with driving on a revoked license and speeding. He was being held.

Jesse Aaron Daniels, 26, of Lenoir City, Tenn., was charged Jan. 5 with driving on a revoked license and speeding. He was being held.

Aaron Richard Doll, 30, of 2726 Lucille Ave. in Kodak, was charged Jan. 6 with driving on a revoked license. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Derek Burton France, 24, of Jonesborough, Tenn., was charged Jan. 6 with public intoxication. He was released on $250 bond.

Brandy Frazier, 18, of Del Rio, Tenn., was charged Jan. 6 with theft of property worth less than $500. She was released on $1,500 bond.

Michael Jason Freeman, 42, of 756 Mize Road in Seymour, was charged Jan. 6 with DUI, driving on a revoked license, unauthorized use of auto/joyriding, failure to exercise due care. He was being held in lieu of $3,000 bond.

Jimmy Guzman, 31, of 520 Ownby Drive in Seveirville, was charged Jan. 6 with domestic assault. He was being held in lieu of $12,000 bond.

Tyler Alexander Hayes, 19, of Sevierville, was arrested Jan. 7 on a warrant from Knox County. He was being held.

Christopher Shawn Hickam, 33, of Maryville, was charged Jan. 6 with failure to report to PIS and violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Mitchell Jonathan Kozar, 18, of Brooklyn, Miss., was charged Jan. 6 with possession of a schedule I substance, drug free school violation, sale of mushrooms, possession of a schedule VI substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bond.

Timothy Wayne Long, 31, of 4240 Pearl Valley in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 5 with violation of pre-trial bond conditions, leaving the scene of an accident, financial responsibility law and driving on a suspended license. He was being held.

Danny Mack Lundy, 37, of 314 Westmoreland Court in Seymour, was charged Jan. 5 with DUI, possession of a schedule III substance, violation of implied consent law, driving on a suspe3nded license and financial responsibility law. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Robert Keith Myers, 28, of 1705 Ogle Road 7 in Gatlinburg, was charged Jan. 6 with violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of $3,500 bond.

Ryker Arley Pitts, 20, of 430 S. Highway 32 in Cosby, was charged Jan. 6 with two counts of theft. He was being held.

John Matthew Porter, 40, of 1605 Herman Large Lane in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 7 with possession of firearm by felon and aggravated assault. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.

Andrii Miyronovych Shepeta, 24, of Robinson, Ill.., was charged Jan. 7 with driving on a suspended license. He was being held.

Jennifer Nichole Valentine, 33, of 1017 Ella Drive in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 5 with violation of probation. She was being held.

Stanislav Vinokurov, 27, of Chicago, was charged Jan. 5 with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Benji Joe Wagoner, 32, of 760 Mize Road in Seymour, was charged Jan. 6 with unauthorized use of auto/joyriding and public intoxication. He was released on $1,600 bond.

Jesse Lee Ward, 32, of 543 Devon St. in Seymour, was charged Jan. 6 with public intoxication. He was released on $250 bond.

Regina Faye Webb, 36, of 4620 Catons Grove Road in Cosby, was charge Jan. 6 with unauthorized use of a car/joyriding and public intoxication. She was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Ronald Jay Wilcox, 43, of Rockford, Tenn., was charged Jan. 5 with child support and solicitation of a minor. He was being held in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Timothy Alan Wilson, 45, of 559 Johnson Road in Kodak, was charged Jan. 78 with public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $250 bond.
