Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Gregory Jay Appleyard, 57, of 120 Pine Mountain Road Unit 3283 in Pigeon Forge, was charged Jan. 30 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Eric Lynn Bentrum, 44, of 240 Old Zion Hill road in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 31 with public intoxication. HE was being held.

Cynthia Ann Clevenger, 44, of Newport, was charged Jan. 30 with writing a worthless check and a warrant from general sessions court. She was being held.

Richard Farmer, 40, of Sevierville, was charged Jan. 30 with theft of property. He was released.

Corey Michael Fulton, 23, of 1805 Norlil Road in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 30 with violation of probation. He was released.

Sara B. Hewett, 28, of 3680 Lost Branch Road in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 31 with DUI, violation of implied consent and travel on closed roads. She was released on $3,000 bond.

David William Lambert, 42, of 779 Ranch Way Road in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 30 with DUI. He was released.

Juan Penila, 35, of 3015 Clintwood Way Lot 31 in Pigeon Forge, was charged Jan. 30 with public intoxication. He was being held.

Larry Ray Perryman, 59, of 2914 Mutton Hollow Road in Kodak, was charged Jan. 30 with a warrant from general sessions court. He was being held.

Tiffany Dawn Reno, 24, of Jefferson City, Tenn., was charged Jan. 30 with forgery. She was released on $3,500 bond.

Jerry Rhyn Robertson, 40, of 2316 Big River Ovelrook in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 30 with domestic assault. He was released on $2,000 bond.

James Clifford Russell, 44, of 1249 Blake Lea Drive in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 31 with domestic assault. He was being held.

Leonso Alberto Sanchez, 39, of 320 Smith Circle in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 30 with DUI, violation of implied consent, driving without a license and financial responsibility law. He was being held in lieu of $3,000 bond.

James B. Stubbs, 38, of Harriman, was charged Jan. 30 with worthless checks. He was released.

Dennis Ronald Trentham, 40, of 1411 Woodhaven Drive in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 30 with theft over $1,000. He was being held.
