Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Michelle Marie Brock, 45, of 1029 Millican Grove Road in Sevierville, was charged April 23 with writing bad checks. She was released.

Laura Lynn Conaway, 42, of Maryville, was charged April 23 with violation of probation. She was being held.

Taniah Renee Gross, 30, of 3029 Jess Wilson Road Lot 1 in Pigeon Forge, was charged April 23 with assault. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Samuel Lee Hitston, 24, of 3209 Blue Springs Road in Strawberry Plains, was charged April 24 with violation of probation. He was being held.

James Kenton Langley, 39, of 4240 Birds Creek in Pigeon Forge, was charged April 23 with attempted robbery, assault and evading arrest. He was being held.

Jerry Nicholas Metcalf, 20, of 1044 Mountain Scenic Way in Sevierville, was charged April 23 with violation of probation and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Tyler Ervin Miller, 20, of 1037 Von Cannon Court in Sevierville, was charged April 23 with theft of property worth $500 to $1,000.

Colin Piercy, 42, of Clinton, Tenn., was charged April 23 with theft of property. He was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.

Robert John Raines, 23, of Newport, was charged April 23 with public intoxication. He was released on $250 bond.

David Rookstool, 49, of Knoxville, was charged April 24 with DUI and speeding. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Derek Spivey, 30, of 428 Keegan Drive 35 in Pigeon Forge, was charged April 23 with violation of probation, shoplifting and criminal trespass. He was being held.

Uquonda Z. Wells, 33, of Knoxville, was charged April 23 with failure to appear. He was being held.

John Jesse Work, 42, of Dickson, Tenn., was charged April 23 with felony evading arrest. He was being held.
