Arrests Dec. 11, 2012

Daniel Edward Boling, 32, of 2301 Happy Creek Road in Seymour, was charged Dec. 10 with public intoxication. He was released on $500 bond.

Regina R. Boltin, 43, of Maryville, was charged Dec. 10 with possession of a schedule II substance, possession of hydrocodone and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was being held.

Joshua Duane Burgess, 28, of 2279 Binginham Island in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 9 with a misdemeanor warrant from general sessions court and failure to appear. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Marquisha C. Childress, 20, of Nashville, was charged Dec. 8 with theft over $500, resisting arrest and possession of shoplifting tools. She was being held in lieu of $13,000 bond.

Viorel Ciobanu, 33, of Knoxville, was charged Dec. 9 with DUI and violation of implied consent law. He was released on $1,800 bond.

Christopher Daniel Dailey, 29, of 1319 Shannon Circle in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 8 with theft. He was released.

Ricky Curtis Delius, 56, of 13038 Chapman Highway in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 10 with domestic assault. He was released on $1,200 bond.

Heather Marie Dienes, 28, of Newport, was charged Dec. 9 with public intoxication. She was released on $500 bond.

Teresa Ann Galyon, 42, of 1130 Hideaway Lane in Kodak, was charged Dec. 9 with DUI, violation of implied consent law and domestic assault. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Brandon Hall, 29, of Knoxville, was charged Dec. 9 with shoplifting. He was being held in lieu of $800 bond.

Bradley Howard Justus, 31, of 318 Cusick Hollow Road in Seymour, was charged Dec. 8 with theft over $10,000. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Tommy Ray Kitts, 38, of 315 McMahan Ave. in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 9 with warrants from Knox County. He was being held.

Kayla Jean Maples, 44,of 540 Nichole Lane in Seymour, was charged Dec. 9 with failure to pay child support and possession of a schedule substance. She was being held.

Tina Ann McBee, 43, of 1034 Pullin Road in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 9 with accessory after the fact. She was being held in lieu of $11,000 bond.

Preston Wade Pearcey, 43, of 1424 Deer Meadows Road in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 10 with theft under $500. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Shannon Denise Pearcey, 43, of 1424 Deer Meadows Road in Sevierville, was charged Dec.8 with vandalism. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Fredrick William Peterson, 40, of Maryville, was charged Dec. 9 with driving on a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Justin Earl Rathburn, 22, of 1020 Eslinger Court in Kodak, was charged Dec. 10 with criminal impersonation. He was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.

James Robert Reidnauer, 24, of 3292 Oldham Creek Road in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 9 with theft of property worth $500. He was being held in lieu of $3,500 bond.

Jose Flores Rodriguez, 32, of 316 Club Drive in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 9 with violation of probation. HE was released.

Ashley Nichole Skeen, 28, of Knoxville, was charged Dec. 9 with shoplifting. She was being held.

Paul Carl Smith, 47, of 2310 Red Oak Drive in Pigeon Forge, was charged Dec. 9 with aggravated assault. He was released on $7,500 bond.

John Kevin Thomason, 34, of Pelzer, S.C., was charged Dec. 9 with assault. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Jeremy Fredrick Tucker, 39, of 1034 Pullen Road in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 9 with accessory after the fact and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Lewis Daniel Whitehead, 33, of Strawberry Plains, was charged Dec. 8 with theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule IV substance. HE was released.

Virginia Faith Wilbourn, 24, of 2224 Coyote Way in Seveirville, was charged Dec. 8 with two counts of contempt of court. She was being held.

Israel Delacruz Zuniga, 37, of 423 Rocky Top way in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 9 with aggravated assault. He was being held.

Karina Zuniga-Garcia, 23, of 3429 Jill Way Ave. Lot 122 in Kodak, was charged Dec. 9 with financial responsibility law and driving without a license. She was released on $500 bond.
