Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Karla Christine Cahse, 30, of 1633 Riceland Drive in Sevierville, was charged May 28 with forgery. She was being held.

Gregory Ryan Day, 24, of 622 Admiral Farragut Drive in Seymour, was charged May 28 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Elieen M. Dimeco, 57, of 3835 Thomas Cross Road in Sevierville, was charged May 28 with allowing dogs to roam at large and no rabies vaccine. She was being held in lieu of $250 bond.

Kelly Michelle Gamble, 30, of 615 Hawk Hollow Drive in Sevierville, was charged May 28 with worthless checks. She was released.

Heather Joy Gibson, 34, of Hohenwald, Tenn., was charged May 28 with identity theft. She was released on $15,000 bond.

Mark Anthony Givens, 21, of 312 Forrest Hills Drive in Sevierville, was charged May 29 with solicitation of a minor and two counts of violation of sex offender registry. He was being held in lieu of $3,500 bond.

Cody Alled Graybeal, 24, of Timberlodge Room 209 in Sevierville, was charged May 28 with failure to appear. He was being held.

James Henry Gredig, 64, of Powell, Tenn., was charged May 28 with DUI. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Collin Adam Koch, 31, of Knoxville, was charged May 28 with public intoxication. He was released.

Fabienne Mayhall, 22, of 3293 Wears Valley Road in Sevierville, was charged May 28 with being a fugitive from justice, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm with altered serial numbers, theft, sale and delivery of a schedule II substance, accessory after the fact, sale and delivery of a schedule VI substance and evading arrest. She was being held in lieu of $20,000 bond.

James B. Mayhall, 28, of 3293 Wears Valley Road in Sevierville, was charged May 29 with being a fugitive from justice, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of firearm with altered serial number, theft under $500, sale and delivery of a schedule VI substance, sale and delivery of a schedule VI substance and possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.

Marcie G. Mayhall, 51, of 3293 Wears Valley Road in Sevierville, was charged May 28 with being an accessory after the fact. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Joey Andrew Myers, 22, of 1417 Little Cove Road in Sevierville, was charged May 28 with possession of a schedule VI substance, aggravated burglary and forgery. He was being held.

Larry Ray Perryman, 60, of 2914 Mutton Hollow Road in Kodak, was charged May 28 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Dawn Marie Phillips, 48, of 1633 Jasmine Trail in Sevierville, was charged May 28 with a second count of DUI and violation of implied consent law. She was released.

Robert Maling Stewart, 61, of 405 Wears Valley Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged May 28 with driving on a suspended license. He was being held in lieu of 1,000 bond.

Christopher Brian Tuck, 35, of Grand Bay, Ala., was charged May 29 with driving while revoked. He was being held in lieu of $750 bond.

Shawn Tyler Tyminski, 25, of 1021 Norton Lane in Seymour, was charged May 28 with violation of community corrections. He was being held.

David Bruce Vanpell, 77, of 2887 Pine Haven in Sevierville, was charged May 28 with DUI. He was being held.

Robert T. Wilson, 47, of Knoxville, Was charged May 28 with assault and public intoxication. He was released on $2,500 bond.
