Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Dennis Eugene Baker, 30, of 3469 Bent Road in Kodak, was charged May 1 with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was being held.

Joseph Michael Brooks, 23, of 137 Byrd Drive in Kodak, was charged May 1 with introduction of drugs into the jail, possession of a schedule III substance, assault, aggravated assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held.

Jason Matthew Fenwick, 20, of Newport, was charged May 1 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Lisa Greenwood, 42, of 2521 Dogwood Loop Road in Sevierville, was charged May 1 with driving on a revoked license and prescription fraud. She was released on $5,000 bond.

Jonathan Scott Hafley, 43, of Maryville, was charged May 2 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Bennie Lee Hurst, 37, of 387 Happy Hollow road in Sevierville, was charged May 2 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Brent McKinnley Lamon, 33, of 460 Mountain View Lane Apt. 1 in Pigeon Forge, was charged May 1 with stalking. He was released on $1,200 bond.

David Lee Rice, 30, of 146 Mary Lee Drive in Sevierville, was charged May 1 with public intoxication. He was being held.

James Danny Richey Jr., 30, of 3540 Thomas Cross Road in Sevierville, was charged May 1 with disorderly conduct. He was released.

Dolores Ann Underwood, 44, of 3139 Carr Road in Seymour, was charged May 1 with two counts of writing worthless checks worth $500 to $1,000 and writing worthless checks. $1,000 to $10,000. She was released.
