Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Anthony Alva Baldwin, 25, of 1025 Tittworth Springs, Seymour, was charged Jan. 9 with driving on a suspended license, financial responsibility law and seatbelt law and was being held without bond.

James M. Bledsoe, 23, of Mitchell, Ky. was charged Jan. 9 with violation of probation and was being held.

Derek Randall Breeden, 27, of Cosby was charged Jan. 9 with violation of probation and was being held without bond.

Sarah Anna Carpenter, 32, of Jan. 8 with violation of a valid court order and resisting arrest. She was being held.

Karla Christin Chase. 30, of 909 Little Cove Road, Pigeon Forge, was charged Jan. 9 with forgery and was being held on $5,000 bond.

Amy Leanne Cole, 30, of Maryville, was charged Jan. 8 with theft over $500. She was being held in lieu of $2,000 bond.

Michael Lee Cole, 34, of Maryville, was charged Jan. 8 with theft over $500. He was being held in lieu of $2,000 bond.

Kory McKinley Cooper, 24, of 908 Houston Drive in Seymour, was charged Jan. 8 with driving on a revoked license. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Uriah Lee Ferguson, 36, of 945 East Parkway 21 in Gatlinburg, was charged Jan. 8 with aggravated assault. He was being held in lieu of $35,000 bond.

Cigi Lynnette Gilliam, 28, of 905 Maryville Highway Lot 14, Seymour, was charged Jan. 9 with possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation and worthless checks of $73.64 and $102.94 and was being held on $2,000 bond.

Carla Joan Harper, 42, of Mohawk, Tenn., was charged Jan. 8 with theft. She was released on $500 bond.

William Hernandez, 29, of Park Road in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 8 with DUI and no driver’s license. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Calvin Michael Hooks, 25, of Maryville, was charged Jan. 8 with reckless endangerment. He was being held.

Travis Lynn Hurst, 26, of 1120 Sunset Hills in Cosby, was charged Jan. 8 with theft. He was being held.

Noah Leo Jones, 41, of 1021 Mincreek Drve, Sevierville, was charged Jan. 10 with DUI, open container and expired driver license and was being held on $2,000 bond.

Brandon Christopher McCarn, 19, of Savona, N.Y. was charged Jan. 9 with theft over $500, two counts of theft over $1,000, three counts of auto burglary and with being a fugitive from justice and was being held on $10,000 bond.

Jerry Wayne McCracken, 46, of 3286 Oldham Creek, Sevierville, was charged Jan. 9 with violation of probation and was released without bond.

Rocco W. Monteleone, 40, of 1905 River Meadow Drive #5 in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 8 with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was being held.

James Perry Morrison, 26, of 457 Winfield Heights Road, Gatlinburg, was charged Jan. 9 with theft over $1,000 and was being held on $2,500 bond.

James Paul Payne, 35, of 839 McCampbell Way in Kodak, was charged Jan. 8 with theft over $1,000 and violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of $5,500 bond.

James Lee Reagan, 18, of 1469 Creekside Drive in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 8 with disorderly conduct, reckless driving, financial responsibility, no driver’s license and resisting arrest. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Larry Ray Rush, 27, of 248 Daisy Circle in Maryville, was charged Jan. 8 with simple possession. He was being held.

Nicolas Alexander Scates, 28, of 816 Bursen Hill 3, Sevierville, was charged Jan. 9 with promotion of meth, criminal simulation, forgery, evading arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia and was being held without bond.

Jeremy Paul Tippins, 29, of 1939 Allensville Ridge in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 8 with theft and forgery. He was released.

Jennifer Lorrane Wilds, 39, of Knoxville was charged Jan. 9 with violation of probation second offense and was released without bond.
