Arrests Nov. 10, 2012

Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Robert Thomas Adams, 76, of 1834 Alabama St. in Seymour, was charged Nov. 8 with forgery $60,000 or more. He was released on $20,000 bond.

Robert C. Campbell, 32, of Newport, was charged Nov. 8 with shoplifting and possession of shoplifting tools. He was being held in lieu of $1,350 bond.

Johnny R. Costner, 42, of Cosby, was charged Nov. 9 with DUI. He was being held in lieu of $2,000 bond.

Amanda Jane Fillers, 33, of Greenville, was charged Nov. 8 with possession of bath salts and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on $1,900 bond.

Jeffery Wayne Fillers, 35, of Greeneville, was charged Nov. 8 with possession of bath salts, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with or fabricating evidence. He was released on $1,800 bond.

Linda Ann Foster, 43, of Strawberry Plains, was charged Nov. 9 with assault. She was being held in lieu of $750 bond.

Nathan Ian Kopcho, 23, of Morristown, was charged Nov. 9 with public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $500 bond.

Timothy Wayne Long, 31, of 4240 Pearl Valley in Sevierville, was charged Nov. 8 with DUI, driving on a suspended license, financial responsibility law, leaving the scene of an accident and vandalism. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.

u Steve McCarter, 45, of Jefferson City, Tenn., was charged Nov. 8 with public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $250 bond.

Christy Ann Moates, 35, of 834 Burden Hill Road in Sevierville, was charged Nov. 8 with DUI and driving on a suspended license. She was being held in lieu of $3,500 bond.

Joshua J. Oliver, 26, of 1357 Ski View Drive in Sevierville, was charged Nov. 8 with harassment. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Daniel Lee Ownby, 30, of 919 Leisure Lane in Sevierville, was charged Nov. 8 with possession of a schedule II substance, selling a schedule II substance and violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of $2,000 bond.

u Regina Soprito Porter, 46, of 422 Bruce Road in Gatlinburg, was charged Nov. 8 with public intoxication. She was being held in lieu of $500 bond.

u Seth Steven Priddy, 30, of Strawberry Plains, was charged Nov. 7 with violation of probation, possession of a schedule II substance and domestic assault. He was being held in lieu of $25,000 bond.

James Robert Reidnauer, 24, of 1749 Poplar Springs Road in Greenville, was charged Nov. 8 with assault and vandalism.

Alex Jordan Sansone, 33, of 4526 E. Scenic Drive in Gatlinburg, was charged Nov. 8 with public intoxication. He as released on $425 bond.

Jorge Carriom Servin, 26, of 3724 N. Bryan Way in Kodak, was charged Nov. 8 with child abuse. He was being held.

John F. Sierra, 18, of 221 Gray Slate Circle in Sevierville, was charged Nov. 8 with drug paraphernalia. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Andrea Holmes Weems, 65, of Birmingham, Ala., was charged Nov. 8 with public intoxication. She was released on $250 bond.
