Jennifer Lynn Aviles, 36, of Johnson City, was charged Dec. 19 with theft. She was released on $2,500 bond.
Jeffrey Dane Baldwin, 50, of 1509 Bentview Drive, Kodak, was charged Dec. 20 with DUI and driving left of center. He was being held on a $2,500 bond.
Charles A. Hayes, 35, of Crossville, was charged Dec. 19 with contempt of court (Cumberland County). He was released.
Kristina Ann Houser, 24, of 416 Forrest Springs Drive in Gatlinburg, was charged Dec. 19 with theft and forgery. She was being held.
Richard Coty Lorenz, 23, of Straw Plains, was charged Dec. 19 with reckless aggravated assault, drag racing and leaving the scene. He was being held.
Phillip Gregory O'Neal, 34, no current address reported, was charged Dec. 20 with violation of order granting bail. He was released on a $2,500 bond.
Derek Aaron Parton, 32, of 205 Nichols St. in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 19 with aggravated assault. He was being held on a $10,000 bond.
John Stacey Pyles, 46, of Grandview, Tenn., was charged Dec. 19 with theft of property and possession of Schedule II. He was being held on a $15,000 bond.
Cherilynn Eloise Roberts, 22, of Crossville, was charged Dec. 19 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule VI. She was being held.
Michael Chad Sutton, 31, of 3002 Grassbranch Loop in Sevierville, was charged Dec.19 with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was released on a $1,500 bond.
