Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Elizabeth De Campos, 51, of 613 Sunny View Drive in Pigeon Forge, was charged Dec. 17 with credit card fraud, theft over $1,000 and two counts of forgery. She was released on $10,000 bond.

Jose Alberto Elizondo, 51, of 189 S. Flat Creek Road in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 18 with violation of an order of protection. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Randell Cody Gammon, 21, of 840 Kent St. in Kodak, was charged Dec. 17 with DUI. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Patricia A. Loshbough, 44, of Crossville, Tenn., was charged Dec. 17 with shoplifting, possession of stolen goods and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. She was being held in lieu of $9,200 bond.

Marilyn Miracle Millwood, 25, of 1488 Harrell Patterson Road in Dandridge, was charged Dec. 17 with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was being held.

William Ronnie Romines, 43, of Knoxville, was charged Dec. 17 with theft. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Craig Eric Rowe, 43, of 1805 Edward Drive in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 17 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Bobby O. Sherrill, 52, of Crossville, Tenn., was charged Dec. 17 with possession of stolen goods, accessory after the fact, possession of a schedule II substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $9,000 bond.

Brian David Smith, 37, of Hazard, Ky., was charged Dec. 17 with a felony warrant from general sessions court. He was being held.
