Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Jeffery Armstrong, 45, of 4715 Speedway Circle in Kodak, was charged Feb. 4 with four counts of sale and delivery of a controlled substance. He was released on $20,000 bond.

Richard Bruce Blevins, 47, of Maryville, was charged Feb. 4 with violation of probation, a second count of DUI, possession of a schedule II substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while revoked. He was being held.

John Michael Brennan, 28, of 2742 N. Ball Hollow Road in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 4 with attempting to obtain drugs by fraud. He was being held.

James Ronald Burnette, 40, of 231 Apple Road in Seymour, was charged Feb. 4 with aggravated burglary. He was being held.

Alicia Marie Calhoun, 25, of 307 McMahan Ave. in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 4 with violation of probation and failure to appear. She was being held.

Lia Lela Castello, 43, of 209 Lexington St. in sevierville, was charged Feb. 4 with theft of property worth $500 to $1,000.

Amanda Ashley Claxton, 27, of 815 Iron Mountain Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged Feb. 4 with violation of probation. She as being held.

Christopher Kelyn Dearing, 30, of Morristown, was charged Feb. 4 with two counts of theft. He was being held.

Isaiah Dwain Duncan, 25, of 1210 Tramel Road in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 4 with a misdemeanor warrant from general sessions court. He was being held.

Casey Gerken, 28, of 519 McMahan Ave. in Pigeon Forge, was charged Feb. 5 with domestic assault. He was being held.

Mardy Junior Higgins, 42, of Erwin, Tenn., was charged Feb. 4 with a warrant from general sessions court. He was being held.

Jessica Shontee Isbill, 23, of Knoxville, was charged Feb. 4 with violation of probation. She was being held.

Christopher Wade Lopez, 27,of 426 Ski Mountain Road Room 21 in Gatlinburg, was charged Feb. 5 with a misdemeanor warrant from general sessions court. He was being held.

Jennifer Ashley Morneau, 22, of 150 Red Bud Lane in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 4 with domestic assault. She was released on $1,400 bond.

Thomas Keith Munyon, 24, of Buffalo, S.C., was charged Feb. 4 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Steven Michael Nash, 26, of Newmarket, Tenn., was charged Feb. 4 with a warrant from Jefferson County. He was released.

Joshua William Oakley, 28, of 1513 Mountain Drive in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 5 with theft over $500, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of burglary tools and theft under $500. He was being held in lieu of $3,000 bond.

Crystal Marie Parrott, 30, of 1680 Sockless Road in Dandridge, was charged Feb. 4 with four counts of theft. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Travis Jay Ramsey, 32, of 821 Mill Creek Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged Feb. 4 with driving left of center, driving while revoked, financial responsibility law, possession of burglary tools, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of property worth more than $500 and failure to obey traffic signals. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bond.

Wesley Steven Tharp, 43, of 314 Main St. in Maynardville, was charged Feb.4 with possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI. he was released on $3,000 bond.

Nicholas Chalres Tylec, 25, of 445 Williams Road in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 4 with assault. He was released.

Sue Ella Webber, 46, of Larat Way in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 4 with joyriding. She was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.
