Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Jeffery Loring Altvater, 56, of 2890 Sequoia Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged May 30 with public indecency. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Carlos J. Argueta, 37, of 2103 Clintwood Day in Pigeon Forge, was charged May 29 with no driver’s license, DUI and no insurance. He was being held in lieu of $2,000 bond.

Bruce Lynn Garver, 28, of 4310 Parton Sutton Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged May 29 with failure to pay child support. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Tommy Joe Goodman, 30, of Knoxville, was charged May 29 with theft over $500. He was being held.

Christopher M. Grady, 48, of Johnson City, Tenn., was charged May 29 with theft and five counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Lane A. Harding, 18, of 1420 Gatewood Court in Sevierville, was charged May 30 with statutory rape. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Patrick Hutchins, 23, of 931 Kings Road in Kodak, was charged May 29 with violation of probation. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Jacob Lewis-Jones, 18, of 1765 Tahoe Trail in Sevierville, was charged May 30 with felony vandalism. He was released on $1,200 bond.

Joshua David Lewis-Jones, 18, of 1765 Tahoe Trail in Sevierville, was charged May 30 with felony vandalism. He was released on $1,200 bond.

Karri Leann McCrary, 28, of Newport, was charged May 30 with a second count of violation of probation. She was being held.

Calvin Junior McMahan, 47, of 806 Columbus St. in Sevierville, was charged May 29 with violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of $750 bond.

Jacob Scott Shields, 18, of 932 Post Oak Drive in Seymour, was charged May 29 with felony vandalism. He was released on $1,200 bond.

Ashley Nichole Webb, 30, of 415 White Oak Circle in Kodak, was charged May 29 with theft. She was being held in lieu of $500 bond.
