Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Landree Carver, 26, of 1619 Spruce Drive in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 24 with violation of probation. She was being held.

David Anthony Dacus, 41, of Memphis, Tenn., was charged Feb. 23 with attempted theft of more than $500 and theft of property worth more than $500 He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Jameshia De’Shae Davis, 23, of Knoxville, was charged Feb. 22 with driving on a suspended license and theft of property. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Susan Renae Davis, 40, of 1905 River Meadows Drive #3 in Seymour, was charged Feb. 24 with assault. She was released on $1,000 bond.

Joshua Daniel Dekenberger, 28, of 3339 Manis Road #3 in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 24 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Jason Kyle Ford, 31, of 1011 Murphy Road in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 25 with violation of probation. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Harry Keith Grubb, 60, of Knoxville, was charged Feb. 24 with violation of implied consent law, possession and DUI. He was released on $3,200 bond.

Cody Gerald Hale, 22, of 3007 Hickory Drive in Pigeon Forge, was charged Feb. 22 with domestic assault. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Phillip Lee Hammock, 42, of 652B Mill Creek Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged Feb. 21 with violation of sex offender reporting act. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Mark Allen Harmon, 43, of 635 Curley Lane in Seymour, was charged Feb. 23 with domestic assault. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Mark Richard Hart, 63, of 1135 Eagle View Drive in Kodak, was charged Feb. 22 with domestic assault. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Christopher Matthew Hughes, 31, of 1012 Franklin Lane in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 22 with driving while revoked, a second count of DUI and violation of implied consent law. He was being held.

Steven Rex Johnson, 35, of Kingsport, Tenn., was charged Feb. 24 with filing a false report. He was released on $500 bond.

Joshua Leroy Krikpatrick, 28, of 302 Club Drive in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 23 with contempt of court. He was being held.

Christopher N. Knable, 54, of Maryville, was charged Feb. 22 with DUI. He was released.

Cody Steven Lackey, 21, of 3079 Old Engle Town Road in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 24 with possession of a schedule IV substance and possession of a schedule III substance. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Regee Quemon Leatherwood, 18, of Knoxville, was charged Feb. 22 with theft of property. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Danny Ray Lee, 46, of Memphis, Tenn., was charged Feb. 22 with felony theft, attempted theft and possession of stolen property. He was released on $15,000 bond.

Jonathan C. Lee, 21, of Memphis, Tenn., was charged Feb. 23 with attempted theft of property worth more than $500 and theft of property wroth more than $500. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Jurissa Nicole Lowery, 21, of Knoxville, was charged Feb. 22 with theft. She was released on $1,500 bond.

Jackie Edward Mathews, 23, of 3029 Jess Wilson Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged Feb. 23 with disorderly conduct. He was released.

James Arthur McElroy, 21, of 801 W. Main St. in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 24 with shoplifting. He was released on $750 bond.

Phillip McKinney, 28, of Rogersville, Tenn., was charged Feb. 24 with a warrant from Hawkins County. He was released.

Tania Sue Moore, 33, of 160 Patterson Road in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 24 with a warrant from general sessions court. She was being held.

Robert Lee Munsey, 35, of Knoxville, was charged Feb. 23 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Lewis Scott Newcomb, 29, of McEwen, Tenn., was charged Feb. 22 with theft. He was released on $500 bond.

Melissa Marie Osann, 24, of Columbia, Tenn., was charged Feb. 21 with theft. She was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.

Wilfredo Mendez Oseeguera, 37, of 510 Ridge Road in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 23 with DUI. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Samuel Charles Phillips, 36, of Maryville, was charged Feb. 22 with prohibited weapons, open container and criminal impersonation. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Amber Pollard, 34, of 2054 New Era Road Apt. 5 in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 24 with violation of probation. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Michael Dwayne Poore, 45, of 504 Pine View Drive in Strawberry Plains, was charged Feb. 24 with domestic assault. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Rochelle Ann Rankin, 44, of 2502 Leisure Court in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 22 with DUI. She was released on $1,500 bond.

Sheri Gail Russell, 31, of 2029 Mountain Spring Way in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 24 with theft. She was being held.

Jeremy Lee Shields, 33, of Ghent, Ky., was charged Feb. 23 with domestic assault. He was released on $3,500 bond.

James Lester Stephens, 53, of 1302 Wears Valley Road in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 22 with driving on a suspended license and DUI. He was released on $3,500 bond.

Homer Kelly Stewart Jr., 48, of Beaufort, S.C., was charged Feb. 21 with sexual battery. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Steven M. Sutton, 29, of 1655 Old Chilhowee in Seymour, was charged Feb. 23 with a second count of violation of probation. He was being held.

Kimberly Kelly Walls, 51, of 538 Nicole Lane in Seymour, was charged Feb. 24 with public intoxication. She was released on $750 bond.

Eric Edward Webb, 19, of 2163 Summerfield Lane in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 22 with possession of a schedule VI substance with intent to resale. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Tyler Lee Webber, 18, of Clinton, Tenn., was charged Feb. 23 with violation of probation and possession of marijuana. He was released on $2,500 bond.
