Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Charlotte Ann Bailey, 26, of Strawberry Plains, was charged Nov., 7 with violation of probation. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Jeremy Eric Belcher, 20, of 1870 Country Meadows in Sevierville, was charged Nov. 7 with a warrant out of Cocke County. He was released.

Melanie Gaye Burress, 53, of 472 N. Rogers Road in Seymour, was charged Nov. 7 with violation of probation. She was being held.

Gerald Joseph French Jr., 47, of Pelzer, S.C., was charged Nov. 8 with DUI, violation of implied consent law and driving on a suspended license. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

William Allen Hood, 58, of 383 Edgewater Drive in Sevierville, was charged Nov. 7 with public intoxication. He was being held.

Steve McCarter, 45, of Jefferson City, Tenn., was charged Nov. 8 with public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $250 bond.

Regina Soprito Porter, 46, of 422 Bruce Road in Gatlinburg, was charged Nov. 8 with public intoxication. She was being held in lieu of $500 bond.

Seth Steven Priddy, 30, of Strawberry Plains, was charged Nov. 7 with violation of probation, possession of a schedule II substance and domestic assault. He was being held in lieu of $25,000 bond.

Jason Ray Stanton, 34 ,of 2952 Bluff Mountain Road in Sevierville, was charged Nov. 7 with violation of an order of protection. He was released.

Candace R. Williamson, 35, of 3001 Amanda Drive in Sevierville, was charged Nov. 8 with public intoxication. She was being held.
