Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Elizabeth Marie Beckner, 28, of Cosby, was charged Dec. 6 with a second count of violation of probation. She was being held.

James B. Burnett, 27, of 220 Dove Drive in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 6 with DUI and financial responsibility law. He was being held.

Michael Joshua Delaney, 30, of Knoxville, was charged Dec. 6 with DUI and violation of registration. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Evelyn Des Roches, 32, of 120 W. Paine St. Apt. 17 in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 5 with driving while revoked. She was released.

Shannon Dishner, 42, of 1225 Boyds Creek Highway in Seymour, was charged Dec. 5 with theft over $10,000. She was released on $10,000 bond.

Jeremy Matthew Galyon, 30, of 1148 DJ Way in Seymour, was charged Dec. 5 with DUI and possession of a schedule IV substance. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Silas Mantervill Gibson, 29, of 870 Flatcreek Road in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 5 with theft over $1,000. He was being held in lieu of $5,500 bond.

Richard Larry James, 55, of Knoxville, was charged Dec. 5 with possession of a schedule II substance. He was being held in lieu of $3,500 bond.

Felicia Johnson, 21, of Cherokee, N.C., was charged Dec. 5 with public intoxication. She was released on $250 bond.

Benjmain Zachariah Marks, 28, of Cosby, was charged Dec. 6 with child neglect and public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $6,000 bond.

Amy McMahan, 29, of 1589 Upper Middle Creek Road in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 6 with domestic assault. She was being held.

James Christopher Miller, 25, of 909 Little Cove road in Pigeon Forge, was charged Dec. 5 with theft of property worth $1,000 to $10,000 and criminal trespass. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Clifford Rasberry, 40, of 1590 Upper Middle Creek Road in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 5 with domestic assault. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Robert Bean Watson, 33, of Maryville, was charged Dec. 5 with a misdemeanor warrant from general sessions court. He was being held.
