CLARIFICATION: April Dawn Woodby, 31, of 1320 Ridgecrest Drive, Seymour, was charged with violation of probation when she was arrested June 3. The account of her arrest sent to The Mountain Press indicated she was being held without bond on another charge. The Mountain Press is glad to clarify the report.

Oscar Turibio Escalante, 24, of 3105 Clintwood Way 8 in Pigeon Forge, was charged June 24 with public intoxication. He was released on $250 bond.

Deborah Lynn Green, 45, of 2573 Roberts Road in Kodak, was charged June 24 with trespass and theft of clothing. She was being held in lieu of $2,000 bond.

Maudiel M. Hernandez, 28, of 3105 Clintwood Way #38 in Pigeon Forge, was changed June 24 with public intoxication. He was released on $250 bond.

Loyd McGraw, 48, of 202 Harden Lane Apt. 42 in Sevierville, was charged June 25 with public intoxication. He was being held.

Roy H. Poole, 55, of 2932 Sims Road in Kodak, was charged June 25 with violation of a valid court order. He was being held.

James Allen Rollins, 60, of 5014 Bogart Road in Cosby, was charged June 24 with contempt of court. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Chase Phillip Rose, 28, of Knoxville, was charged June 24 with theft under $500. He was released on $1,000 bond.

James Rucker, 50, of Buellton, Calif., was charged June 25 with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.

Stephen Bradley Layton, 31, Pennington Gap, Va., was charged June 24 with three counts of theft. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bond.

Lucie Pauline Stalcup, 55, of 4060 Hitchingpost Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged June 25 with public intoxication and resisting arrest. She was being held in lieu of $1,200 bond.

Kristi Stooksbury, 22, of 1663 Parton Circle in Seymour, was charged June 24 with theft over $1,000. She was being held.

James Adam West, 30, of Knoxville, was charged June 24 with bond revocation. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.
